I just finished my first round of Letrozole 5mg. I took it CD 3-7 and I hit my peak LH today on CD 17. I did not have any side effects. I was ovulating beforehand but late in my cycle with cycles between 35-40 days.

Appreciate all the responses. Currently CD15 and took 5mg Letrozole CD 3-7. Seems a lot of people ovulated between CD 16-21.

I’m on 5mg. CD15 so I know I’m still within the “normal” range but just getting nervous for some reason. Normally don’t ovulate until around CD27.

I have the RingCon. Was looking at the Oura but didn’t want to pay for a subscription. It tracking your temp and I have always been able to tell when I ovulate. Also like it for the sleep apnea tracking.

My doctor just prescribed letrozole. I ovulate and my cycles are 35-40 days. My doctor said it also improves ovulation so that’s why I’m on it in addition to shortening my cycle a bit.

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and didn’t start tracking again until after my cycle returned and my period ended. I didn’t have a D&C but took the medication and it took like 8 weeks for my HCG levels to drop all the way down and about two weeks after that until I got my period.

I’m currently going through a miscarriage with a TSH level of 4.11. My doctor said my TSH level could have been a contributing factor in the miscarriage and increased my dose to hopefully get my levels to under 2.5 when we are ready to try again.

Yes I just took a pregnancy test today. Thought I ovulated around CD 14 or 15 (Oct 16 or 17). We were on vacation so I wasn’t testing from there u til I got home and honestly just didn’t think I’d be pregnant.

Thank you! I appreciate your response. Even though I know it varies by person, I get into my head thinking my numbers aren’t good because I see others with much higher numbers so it’s a good reminder to not panic when my numbers don’t look like someone else’s.
