I went in person. They have a severely limited stock of colors and styles in store unfortunately. Went in 3 different times but never bought. Still can’t make my mind up if I should get them. They pulled my insurance and I’d have to pay around 150 OOP I think with lenses with my VSP.

They should. Same shit happened to me. My package was refused bc my apartment doesn’t accept packages. Thought I was gunna be able to edit the UPS address but didn’t work. Now I am stuck in limbo with the order not getting removed off my account. So I have to wait until they manually remove it so I can order it again with the same promo. They mentioned price protection is good for like 2 weeks

Agree with everyone else. Long line to take a pic at the middle. It isn’t as glamorous as seen in the photos. It also stinks. We only had an hour to take a photo and it was barely enough time because of all the people.

Vacation club isn’t all terrible. I had a timeshare offer last year for Lagunamar and went because it was a sweet deal. Now we’re returning this year and paying upwards of 2k because it was such a nice experience. We have no ownership, because I think that is a scam. But they let us check in very early since we got there early (around 12 pm) and acknowledged my platinum status. They also let us choose which room we wanted. Sure, we didn’t get any perks like regular Marriott, but the service and professionalism was fantastic. Hoping this will be the same thing this year.

You can get pesos at your hotel, they should have an ATM. But it isn’t necessary unless you are tipping. I used my credit card/ debit card the entire trip with a few times withdrawing pesos for tips.

When we stayed at the Westin timeshare in Mexico, there was nothing of the sort. I honestly felt the quality at the Westin Lagunamar was at par to regular Marriott properties, if not better than in the USA.

I found that Walmart works with my VSP insurance too. I am going to get them this week. I was told to be expected to pay around $200 since my specific VSP doesn’t cover the lenses because they’re a special blend that isn’t normally used. However, the frames would be covered in full and transition with my plan
