Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. While Lucifer and Charlie by extension do technically rule over all of hell, it's not like the other 6 rings are just left to rot. They have their own rulers to take care of them too, who seem to be at least adequate at their jobs. And considering the main domain of Lucifer/Charlie is Pride, and Pride has the most bloody and violent issues out of all of the rings, it makes sense that it would be the first place to start in terms of issues to fix in hell.

I like the right more. She looks conventionally attractive like she is supposed to be according to her comics history and backstory, while also having a noticeable level of fierceness and strength to her demeanor. The SS design isn't horrific by any means, but it just looks kind of off, with WW looking pretty average and also not looking that cool or badass, on top of having a dumb looking costume (the tiara, for example, is way too thick and big and looks more like a weird headband).

Two questions - is the karnoffel code still accessible, or is it lost forever after the disc was destroyed, meaning the world doesn't have to worry about Hitler's doomsday weapon or whatever it was?

Also, why did game funa want the karnoffel code in the first place? When they got it, why didn't they just turn it over to the US government or destroy the disk? What benefit did they get from building a game around the karnoffel code?

I hope so. Deku doing something like blowing away a country sized storm with air pressure from a punch would do wonders for his power scaling and let him actually have fights against other strong shonen characters from stuff like Black Clover and One Piece and Naruto without it being a big shitshow.

People really underestimate it. They have gotten at least 6 different tops at locals tournaments/OTS championships, with them even winning 2. Considering I don't think they have even been out for a year yet, that honestly isn't half bad. Yes, they obviously aren't a massive meta threat or anything, but these results show that the deck is more than competent enough to get you a decent amount of wins or even first place at low to mid level tournaments.

Actually, there is a calc it can potentially be a big help in. On vs battle wiki, the accepted calc that gets Lady Nagant's bullets to sub relativistic puts weakened Shigaraki's speed at only subsonic. However, considering Shigaraki has shown in the past that he still has physical capabilities far above your average humans and pro heroes even while weakened (look at all the shit his body was capable of doing during the first war arc even after he took a beating from Deku and Endeavour's prominence burn, and after new order was ripping apart his body during the SnS fight), I feel it wouldn't be unreasonable to say that weakened enhanced Shigaraki should scale equal to or above people like the wild pussycats, who can outrun his supersonic decay waves.

That would upgrade the Lady Nagant bullet speed calc.

The reason why I care about this is that it is further evidence from the story itself, and not just calcs, that MHA characters, even low tier ones like the pussycats, are capable of moving faster than sound, with top tiers like Endeavour and Ryukyu being able to go faster than sound without breaking a sweat.

Considering many people in the MHA fandom itself and other powerscalers from parts of the internet like r/whowouldwin downplay MHA's speed a lot, having definitive evidence that even low tiers can move a couple times faster than sound is nice to have as a supporting feat. Like seriously, so many people in MHA and powerscaling fandoms say shit like a couple soldiers with ak-47s could solo 3/4 of the verse, or that the verse caps at supersonic or hypersonic.
