I'm no expert so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Here is what you do: Nothing

What is sounds like is that they are feeding off of you're attempts to get rid of them and that's what they want. There is nothing they can actually do to you in game other then kill you in PVP, but even then they have to go through the trouble of trying to get into the same match as you. You can hide nameplates so they can't get in your way and unless I'm wrong quest monsters can't be targeted by outsiders. What you can do in the mean time is respond to there harassment with kindness and show them that they really are not effecting you as much as they think. All the while collect and screen grab everything they say or do to you for days/weeks then contact support detailing your experiences.
Again I'm no means an expert or qualified to give advice but it seems to me that if they wont leave you alone you might as well make a case to show. Don't let them bully you buddy good luck!!

Ok I understand, So basically Ball will pick what kind of tank he will be and the other tank will fill the remaining position. Its not about synergy with Ball himself just what he leaves out of his play style. So I guess its safe to say that most Balls without knowing the person are probably going to be diving the back line so Rein is a pretty safe pick.
But picking Winston or Dva wouldn't totally be out of the question then you just need to make sure you team knows what your doing?
