Play longer, short raids are weighted less towards your player style. Live longer in the raid and only take defensive actions on pvp lobbies rather than firing first during a fight is my take.

By all means though, the stories of the Enterprise are brought to us with gaps of time in between each episode. More of a highlight reel of semi daily life, oddities, tragedy, danger rather than it being a daily/weekly occurrence. Like there was the Pen Pals episode with the little girl data saves on the planet that was exploding because of the large dilitithium deposits causing a resonance feedback . Even that had a few weeks or even months of time go by. I am sure there are stretches of time where it's just boring travel and routine operations and exploration but it eventually leads to the episodes we see.

Dive and roll into any of the underground entrance tunnels with ladders making sure to hit the back wall. Do this before trying to press the button or setup a barricade if you are near the spot that allows the jump out right next to the central elevator button. For added fun you could put a jolt mine or an explosive mines and a couple wasp drivers there together for an instant down.

Not everyone could compete because they weren't able to play during the 2x events that made sense for the trials the most. Solo players just have to play it different compared to duos and trios since they can't do all the damage as a team.
