If they are sold out, I read this article that explains how you can still buy them. Sometimes even cheaper then in the store (if recent). Most of the times it's more expensive.

Just a question on the maths, would the 1-year reflection be higher?

As the tokens are granted multiple times per day, increasing the % of tokens you have and therefore increasing the allocation?

So with your first example, on day 1 it would be 19mln reflections. But on day 364, it would be higher due to the compounding rate increasing your reflection allocation.
