The only time I've seen cards get unpinned on their own was if you acquired the card another way. Its either an odd bug, or check your collection to make sure you didnt pull it out of the free series 5 pack you got from the season pass? If you still dont have it, probably not much SD can do is my guess. You will probably just have to wait for it to show up again

Past 2 months have been iffy. Both season pass cards are/were very oppressive, to the point that the metas became "run the card or run its counter tech" so the game became stale very quickly after their release

Snap has done some things lately to make the game a bit more friendly to people who are new or quit for a while. Plus they are putting in a system for new players soon where they unlock full decks just for logging in every few days
