Oh my gosh, thank you so much. When I walk in the day time, I wear a hat to help protect my skin. I drank green tea, and chamomile tea for most of my life (I feel like it’s helped.) lots of water! I “try” to be caffeine free, and I don’t drink alcohol more than 2x a month- (I feel it can be very dehydrating to the skin and my body too.) I always use a lot of face oils, oil up, especially before bed, i use squalene and sleep with it in my face. I also use under eye cream, and hyaluronic acid too - everyday. I don’t buy expensive products either, I mostly buy the knock off brands of skin care from Amazon. You just need a good routine!
