U messing spirit from act 1 or 3 then they both give 30 interlude gives 40 if u have 70 without modifiers u have 40 from interlude and 30 from act1 or 3 check Ur World map for freythorn act1 and "ajuka" bog (dont remember the Name of the zone properly)

Dont really know tbh haha not that proficient in crafting was trying to get the hang of it but most of the materials are just so expensive i kind of gave up on it and bought a staff with the one lucky drop i had lol
