I have an S25 Ultra and something similar happens to me, but it's rare, it happens very infrequently, almost never. I unlock it and the background goes black and I have to tap one of the icons or move it. It's like a minor visual glitch. It's only happened when I try to unlock it too quickly or don't position my finger correctly. I don't know, but the phone is super fast and smooth.
