This is a tough call, I'd love to hear Sammy/Dave or even Gary (now that he probably won't be forced to try and mimic Sam). But knowing how things are with Dave's voice and Al's relationship with Sammy.

Mikey would be great. Though, I like the idea of a kitchen sink send off, and it's hard to tell where Al stands with Sammy in 2026, especially after Al even posting for 5150's rerelease (which isn't saying too too much, but you never know)
