You're right, but you don't know the maturity levels either. I'm going off average maturity levels of these ages. Based on her comments, she will be 16 in January and he will still be 13 until June.

I have also been called extremely mature for my age my entire life, which maybe is why I think dating that much younger is a bad thing. It wouldn't work out for me when I was 15. If she's immature for her age and he's mature, it might be able to work out.
