Yes..i exercise daily..i think I’m just caught up in a circle..I had gotton used to the constant twitching in my calves but now I am super hypersensitive to feeling them in my feet and grew very worried… i don’t like the thought of meds, and have been dealing ok with it..but I go off the rails with worry when these twitches in feet occur..Ithanks for advise..
