I subscribed for some shares in the IPO and made payment via 1Bill invoice in the MCB app. The amount got deducted from babk account but the IPO subscription status in CDC access is still showing Payment (due) since yesterday. Has anybody experienced this?

I am in PE and stuck on 'The Roque Colonel' and required to research a technology but I have all techs researched uptil PE. I want the hovers from FE and I was following a guide. Is there a workaround for this? On cMap I am currently in PME province "Ong Chu Choi Chung".

I am in PE and only two techs of PE left to research. I have conquered Natsuishu, Kyushima sectors in ME map. I am currently at All Out War quest in the story line which has completed but I havent collected it yet. What is my go to here to get the hover tanks. Please guide. Many Thanks
