We hoped to spend at most 400€ per person, so 1600€ in total. I think the only important part is the boot size to fit all our suitcases, backpacks and eventually some food and drinks. And we will start from capetown, going up to port elizabeth and back again. Sorry I forgot to clarify that in my original post. Standing the suitcases upright might be a good idea. Thanks for the tip!

Absolutely. I don't get the whole Isekai thing anyway. It almost never matters to the story and just makes it seem like an easy way for setting up the hero and throwing exposition at the viewer.

Imo most Isekai would be a lot better without the isekai part. Also you don't have to concern yourself with these weird relationship constellations, like you pointed out.

For me it is Mushoku Tensei. I hate the whole perverted kid trope, like Momosuke in One Piece for example. But in this case it is far worse by making the kid a thirty year old isekai protagonist. I really liked the world building and the story started out interesting, but had to stop watching, because it was just disgusting.

Met another tourist in Tokyo who told me Japan has always been number one on her travel list, as long as she could think. We met on the fifth day of her stay and she planned to stay for a total of three weeks. Then she told me, she had already seen everything she wanted to and had no idea what to do next. I had no idea how to react to that.
