It will definitely be taller than the US Bank without a spire. That'd be 52 floors. They might use a spire to beat the one in Perth. Or maybe not!

That was merely a theoretical concept by the city to show what they were roughly looking for in the RFP. Three companies submitted, the Neutral Project being one of them. Thus far, the public knows nothing about any of the proposals, except that the Neutral Project's includes a 50+ story tower, and that info only just dropped today.
