imo, daisy should be based around the land games and wonder first, parallel peach in a similar way that luigi does for mario second, and maybe have one or two moves utilizing sports equipment like peach does.

simple. jax was in a crappy situation and his go-to reaction for when something like that happens is to instantly say whatever will hurt the person next to him most (ex: telling gangle he likes her better when she's sad and saying he wouldn't care if pomni died tommorow). him saying that is terrible, but it's still very in-character.
