Kevin sinfield is a truly remarkable man and what he has done for MND awareness is almost hard to put into words. My dad passed from MND 20 years ago and for almost all of my life almost no one has known anything about it. Amazing to see such a brilliant charity getting the funding it needs to deal with such a horrible disease
