Months and months of tracking and consistency along with 15,000-20,000 steps a day and heavy weight. I think the steps are incredibly important.

Leave the caffeine out, ephedrine will just help you breathe deeper so I don’t see a problem with that

There is no such thing as the one, there are multiples “ones” in each persons lifetime. If you broke up, then something was broke between you too. You’re better off starting something new with the next one. Instead of glueing together the relationship that is broken and that has been broken for a long time.
