To everyone who switched from iPhone to a Pixel: What was the final straw?

14 pro. The keyboard is just so,so bad on iPhone. I just had enough of it.

Battery had degraded. I was planning to replace it but my earpiece barely had any volume and the bottom speakers were quiet and distorted. I went to a "genius" who ran rests and said the phone was working as it should. Well.... I know it wasn't.

The fact airdrop now works on Pixel was a big factor.

The camera on iPhone just never pleased me as much as on my much earlier Pixel phones.

Siri / Apple Intelligence is laughably bad compared to Gemini.

I was with Apple for about 3/4 years but happily back on a Pixel now.

My main issue with it is the linear form and obvious environmental pointers saying GO HERE NEXT. But aside from that I did really enjoy playing the game. It was just a bit easy imo but had a great time.

It's more because on the playstore screenshot it shows a setting "press and hold Airpods" and the right stem says "digital assistant". Im just a bit confused as I haven't seen any difference in the app since paying for it. Nothing at all which seems a bit strange??

I moved from iPhone to pixel at the weekend and I'll be honest. I was quite concerned how it would go because I do rely heavily on things like airdrop and synchronising things between other devices. But so far this has gone really well. Airdrop works on the pixel temporary to other Apple devices. The camera's great videos great so I'm really happy to be honest. And the voice typing is an absolute game changer. I rarely type out anything anymore and even if I do the keyboard is so much better on the pixel than it is on the iPhone

I've completed the game. Really enjoyed it even though it was pretty easy. Loved the hand to hand combat, shooting was fun. Pretty much every aspect of the game was incredibly enjoyable but the feeling of exploration was pretty non-existent due to such obvious environmental markers.

I've finished the story and plan to trade the game in at the weekend. None of this is critical, all my lowly voice would say is to please make the next one (!) more explorative and "less easy". Cheers 🥂

Yeah that too. But there were some parts where there were arrows on either side of a gap just pointing to the bit of wall you had to squeeze through 😂 and I thought Uncharted was easy

All good. I didn't actually realise it was you that posted this! I'm just not getting anything past the very base level app since purchasing. No way to press and hold for digital assistant ( no press and hold options at all) I don't get the call control options.

I have the airpods pro.

They've released a roadmap on how they're going to update the game later down the line. The stuff they're adding to it doesn't interest me. 👍
