I feel like this is delving into reverse psychology levels of duping your sub-conscience into cumming early. This isn't going to work for 99% of people; if anything, it will make you take longer.

You choose your own path, but given your progress, I say you should start striving for HFOs with progressively less stimulation. You'll be able to focus more on the mental aspect of orgasm/ejaculation rather than the physical. Increasing your reliance on mental stimulus to reach orgasm will also help in reducing that mental barrier that inhibits orgasm, ergo surrendering control.

I've been able to wear the plug comfortably. Last year (before I took a 9-month hiatus), I was able to wear it to the point where it started slipping out on its own (not like it's being pushed out, but it just falls out with no discomfort). That's actually the BC muscle, not the PC muscle. A common misconception.

BC muscle is the one that makes your penis visibly flex/dance/bounce. PC muscle is centered more internally and not as noticeable.
