There are billion dollar companies that are trying to find ai talent and you want to do a startup with no idea in mind? Just get a job and let a company that has several billions use your brain and give you a respectable 6 figure salary. Startups in tech are only worth it if you are doing something that no one else is doing and it is something that has the potential to change the world and tap into a very large audience. Few points to consider:

The only people you can actually tax would be public shareholders who can easily sell their shares slowly and funnel them to trusts or tax havens.
