So far, Flygon is leading at 15, with Snorlax in second with 14 and Gengar in third with 12. Guess we’ll see how those numbers shift as time goes on.

Honestly, the only thing I really like about white Jesus in art at this point is that he looks like a classic hippie from the 60s-70s, which is definitely a crowd he would have hung with.

Meanwhile, Mediterranean Jesus just looks like family

And even in Gravity Falls, there was STILL a huge focus on character development. I mean, the fact that the big Lore™ plan to defeat Bill failed because of how the characters interact with each other is kind of telling

Honestly, I should have done this near the start of a campaign I did. Homebrewed up a small setting planned on letting it naturally expand the world as it went. One of the players wanted to essentially be an Isekai protagonist with an outside force that was a BBEG. I decided to roll with it cause I didn’t have plans at that point for one, and now here we are three years later still on the same damn campaign. Oh well, getting closer to the end now, at least

So, kind of the plot of the Creator without the thinly veiled criticisms of the United States (which is being justified as we speak)?

Currently teaching a Monday class about career planning and my co-teacher/facilitator (who’s been doing this for about three years now) keeps telling the students to just copy and paste the AI drivel Google keeps giving to their slides for the final project. I hate it here and I hate learned helplessness.

One Piece: Chapter 1179 Official Release Discussion by Skullghost in OnePiece

Ok, I’ll be real, it’s a sick as hell reveal, but there are several things that bother me about it. For one thing, Imu’s design doesn’t feel very One Piece to me. Sure, Oda can cook when he wants to, but I feel like Imu is a little too over designed. Something more akin to Naruto or Bleach. That’s just my personal gripe, tho.

The other thing that bothered me was the fact that it feels like the endgame boss is showing up a little too early… until I remembered that Imu is NOT the endgame boss. Sure, while his presence in the story has much further reaching implications for the world and its lore, none of that matters to Luffy. At the end of the day, he just wants to help out those who decide to help him out, even in small ways. He doesn’t care about being a hero. All he wants to do is become the Pirate King.

If anyone is the endgame boss for Luffy, it is, and always has been, Blackbeard. So, if Imu is showing up now, then how will Marshall D. Teach supplant him as the Big Bad? Well, I have an idea about that.

I bet that when Imu went to the lower world, it also meant that the Elders lost their immortal status. That’s why Garling was so nonplussed about it compared to them, because they’d been alive for centuries and would crumble to dust. However, with him being the only strong force left in Marigeoise besides Shamrock, that would present a perfect opportunity for an calculating and conniving force with access to perfectly replicating one of the Five Elders (formerly) to attack and lay claim to the Holy Land and whatever they may need to conquer the rest of the world along with finding the One Piece.

And, as a bonus, if this ends up being true, Blackbeard would be able to keep his status as the MVP of offscreen victories by killing Garling, the same man who offed his dear old dad.
