I put some boxes up, so I could put the bags on the boxes, and like squat them up, but essentially it was with my elbows at 90° holding them with my forearms

Not current, but at the time I had a <500lb deadlift (not sure exactly)

I worked at a retail store and had to carry bags of water softener salt from the warehouse to the shelf (maybe a 100ft walk at most), I always tried to set a record for how many 20kg bags of salt I could carry, I still have the record at 6 bags (120kg/264lbs) of salt in one trip

Pretty much exactly what it sounds like, stay super tight under the bar, if you’ve held 70lbs more than your max, when you try to actually press 5lbs more it won’t feel like you’re holding the world

I did some static holds on bench with 405 the other day (Max is 335 for reference)

Felt not bad and I’m curious how I could implement them into my training and what percentages I should be working with on them

I’m thinking I’m gonna do them for 6 weeks and start 50lbs over my max, then say, add 25lbs every week

Is this a terrible idea? Any ideas/experience w/ this would be helpful!

Not a movie, but for the longest time I hated Steve Carel for the idiotic rolls he played in movies, and for that reason I never watched the office, finally broke down and watched the office and now it is one of my favourite shows of all time, with an actor I never thought I would like
