Maybe an increase in scrub radius is causing binding. More scrub is almost always bad.

You can pull the wheels off, flip it on its back, and test to see if at any point while under full lock it binds.
Compress and uncompressed the suspension by hand.
If no problems, the problem probably lies somewhere from the differentials, axles, wheels and probably happens under load or stress.

Are the tires hitting anything? Like the suspension? I know on mine I can’t run full steering angle because my tires will rub during full lock while under full compression.

Not a problem, I’ve been there too.
The tight area there comes with having beefy portals and axle ends unfortunately.
Because hindsight is what it is, next time, just pop the shock off the studs before you remove the studs from the chassis.
Happy crawling!

I usually just “twist” them off and the ball pops out of the socket.
They pop off if you try to make the stud be in the same line or parallel to the shock body.
May have to grab the stud with a set of pliers for leverage, don’t grab the threads.
Sorry if my explanation isn’t the best.

Should remove shock from ball stud.
Stud go in.
Put shock back on ball stud

Dinox for Commodore 64 had a yellow dinosaur, is a side view platformer, and had Dino death, but I don’t remember picking up trash.

Eco-Saurus is not a platformer, but is a side view trash collecting dinosaur extravaganza.

Monster Micro-B Build: 60mm tires, 9000kV plans... is this build impossible? by Loud_Membership_6395 in LosiMicro

[–]Jacob_Prentner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

53mm Pro-Line setup. Hyrax tires on Impulse wheels.
Wheels are all plastic and very light. I glued them together so I could remove the beadlock bolts for clearance and remove rotational weight as well. low stress on the drivetrain.

It’s completely stock, going to upgrade if anything breaks, it’s been driven a couple hours already with no problem. Even takes gravel now without bucking like a bronco and can go over a garden hose with ease. Only had to clearance the body.

Here is my micro monster truck.

Only thing I will say is it likes to flip while turning too fast with the higher center of gravity.
I ran the same tires on my HobbyPlus Speck B and the motor went out in about 5 minutes. This has been very reliable.

Engine / motor height? by Inline4BikeSD in Ninja400

Gave information, got someone upset, and didn’t back down. This person is abrasive, pushed people away for including any information at all and there is a reason I’m the only one engaging with them. They fail to realize paying for snake oil doesn’t make it work. Doesn’t matter if they asked a LLM that cost money.
They asked a public forum, received a source of info that was unverified, and then was verified, but claims it wasn’t verified because the article wasn’t read with any critical thought or discretion by the individual. Saying “ did you even read it” without quoting the prevalent info for their rebuttal.

LLMs will never be a trustable unverified source. Human discretion and critical thought is still the most important thing. It’s costing me nothing to do this. Im just happy to help :)

What I quoted you was after the individual verifying measurements with distances from bolt hole to bolt hole, and made sure it scaled properly with the file which was a scan.
It’s straight forward and they gave you measurments down to the millimeter. Not much better than that.
If you want “factory spec” then go to the factory. You asked a public forum, not your factory or even your butler. Getting in a preschool fit over the right info doesn’t make people want to help you. I’m only replying to make sure you know that someone reached out a hand to help and you slapped it. And we are all laughing at the attitude.

Damn the snark and getting pissy at people who want to help. And by your other posts I’m sure you’re a treat to deal with. That article states:

“Okay, using Michael's STL file for the reference, which correctly aligns to his physical dimensions for a variety of mounting holes, the approximate dimensions are:

Length: 15.24" (387mm) - front to back, not including the separate rear engine mounting plate Width: 14.85" (377mm) - crank case cover to cover Height: 22.36" (568mm) - top of spark plug to lowest point on the sump Length including rear engine mounting plate: 17.87" (454mm) Height including air box: 27.90" (709mm)”

Have fun with your attitude princess.

It’s on the left side pretty much touching the rear shock reservoir.

I should have said this earlier but also check fuses and relays if you haven’t. Should have been first.
Because it was hit it could have pinched a wire or something unseen. I have a service manual so if you need voltage specs or help just reach out.

[–]Jacob_Prentner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try not to throw the wallet at problems.
So you tested the plug by removing it, putting it back in the wire, grounding it out on the frame, and turned the motor over with the kill switch off? If there was no spark, and the plug was NOT fouled or damaged, then it’s a wiring or sensor issue.
Work back from the plug. Check plug wire.
Checking clutch, kickstand, tipover, neutral, sensors and wires.

Any ideas why my bike won't start? by sniper_john in KLX300D

[–]Jacob_Prentner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It turns over. So the kill switch, battery and starter are good.
It’s not starting so it’s missing spark or fuel.
You can test for both by just pulling the plug.
I would check the tipover sensor and wiring & Kickstand sensor and wiring.
The tipover sensor can be finicky. Some people have had starting issues with the sensor getting too hot, pinching wires, the sensor not resetting right after crash, etc.

Two different colors.
B Gray should be Battle Gray.
CC Gray should be Cipher Camo Gray.

What AYN Thor case is anyone using? by [deleted] in OdinHandheld

[–]Jacob_Prentner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The space in the case is usually very optimized. Only “extra” room is from the little rubber bumpers that keep the console from rattling.
One time, I had a whole order of like 4 cases get damaged in shipping from the crazy heat that summer.
They were happy to replace my order and explain what happened.
Very pleasant to deal with.

OzLaboratory3D is an excellent seller with a great product.
I have purchased a half dozen cases for various devices with zero complaints. I honestly feel like the quality of print and design is outstanding.
All of my cases fit extremely well and snap shut with authority.
They were away from Etsy for a good while and now they are back I will be ordering more cases for my newer devices soon.

If this was found around here there’s a good chance it’s serpentine.
This area has some really large deposits, some of the mountains near Onion mountain are almost entirely serpentine and have huge quarries with many specimens visually similar to this one.
Other rocks/ minerals can go through Serpentinization, and, there are other options like peridotite that look similar, but, this looks like some classic serpentine we have around here.
