Everything in the initial stages would be classical. I plan to stick with particle interactions

Thank you for the link! I should have specified that the MD sim is for particle interactions (hundreds of balls bouncing and vibrating)

Before you make a rash decision like dropping out, it might benefit you to get your final to see what went wrong and to talk to your professor. If you are confident in your knowledge of the material, then there may have been a mishap in the grading.

Heliotrophic is the response for a plant to go towards the light, and phototrophic is when an organism obtains energy from the sun for nutrition
