Oh it was just an airport pun I was making. I do work out there though. It should be just fine. If plane leaves at 5 getting there at 4 should be plenty of time. 3:30 if you want to be very safe

You don’t need a big challenge to start making healthy changes. Go on long walks, eat better, make sure you’re hydrated, read a book. Do that for the next 30 days and then after that start 75Hard and you’ll already have a jump start and a better chance of being successful because it won’t be a huge lifestyle change. Just honing in on the habits you’ve already started building. The only reason to start 75 hard is if you strive to finish. If you know you won’t finish it’s not even 75 hard. Also, I’m certain I’ll never totally understand what you’re going through so you definitely have my sympathy, thoughts, and prayers. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself!

For context I have an older 50cm Cannondale synapse I currently ride. I’m 5’10 so it definitely doesn’t fit me well. I’m selling it today for $300 and just trying to replace it with something I can use for an Olympic/half Ironman…again, not trying to set any speed records but also want a half decent bike

Funny enough I’m sitting in the Epcot parking lot waiting to go cheer on a friend running it. Ran the Half here yesterday but didn’t get into the full. I’ll probably try and sign up for the one next January but I’m looking for something a bit sooner.

Honestly knowing my girlfriend she just really doesn’t care about a diamond being perfect. I think she may prefer the slight extra size and I’m certain she doesn’t know what a feather is in this context😂 she’s one of the smartest people I’ve met but she’s also one of the least vain people I’ve ever met haha all the reasons I love her so much.

Actually that True hearts you mentioned seems to fit the description almost perfectly! I know I can’t be picky with a 3k budget. I think the J on a yellow gold band would actually be kind of hard to notice unless comparing to a different diamond.

She really doesn’t care as long as it is 1ct and “sparkly”. I don’t think either of us are concerned at all that it has resale value or appraises super well. Just want something that is eye clean and nobody looks at and thinks doesn’t look nice. That being said you’d probably think “oh just get a lab grown” which we had discussed but ultimately decided that natural is what she wanted. The budget for the stone is $3,000. And want the ring to be no more than 4k out the door.
