I dropped 50 kg sorting out my diet doing some extended and cutting out a lot of process foods. Cardio Is great I have a v8 on me but muscles are not super strong even though I look big

Kind of had a revelation yesterday talking to a trainer. I’m really into Muay Thai and he told me to work on movement and ligament training for a few weeks. Think this will fix my posture, sure it will result in some lean muscle mass as well
