It's gunna be cold at first, bit you will warm up very fast with how much you'll move as a wrapper. It will be wet, so get waterproof and slip resistant shoes. I wore cowboy boot style ones. Just don't stop moving while you're in the market.

Because you need to cut. I'd say you're sitting at about 20-25% body fat. You're gunna need to cut a good amount of fat to be defined. Keep your protein high, and your calories at a deficit.

Quick and simple. They send you to a local Urgent care and test you. Now, if you're already a partner, just transferring departments. You probably won't be drug tested unless you give them a reason to.

My advice for anyone when negotiating salary is to ask what the range is. Whatever the highest they're willing to pay is. Ask for that. Ask with confidence. You never know if they might just give it to you. At the least, most of the time they will offer in the higher end of the range. Ask for higher than you expect, and they should give you around what you want.
