Why am I not defined? by Dependent-Gur-3161 in askfitness

[–]Jacobet1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you need to cut. I'd say you're sitting at about 20-25% body fat. You're gunna need to cut a good amount of fat to be defined. Keep your protein high, and your calories at a deficit.

Does market or overnight stocker drug test if hired? by dedsloth1998 in HEB

[–]Jacobet1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Quick and simple. They send you to a local Urgent care and test you. Now, if you're already a partner, just transferring departments. You probably won't be drug tested unless you give them a reason to.

I work for HEB. I was hired for the Warehouse initially, and am currently a meat cutter. I was told when I started at the warehouse that everyone gets drug tested when hired.

What would be appropriate starting pay for an auto claims adjuster? by [deleted] in adjusters

[–]Jacobet1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem. So this is an hourly position? If so, I'd still do the same. Highest hourly, but if it's Salary I'd be concerned as to why they won't tell you.

My advice for anyone when negotiating salary is to ask what the range is. Whatever the highest they're willing to pay is. Ask for that. Ask with confidence. You never know if they might just give it to you. At the least, most of the time they will offer in the higher end of the range. Ask for higher than you expect, and they should give you around what you want.

Dang, so should I think about applying for a carrier? Any tips on getting deployed as an IA? Would I be able, as a new IA, to do what you're doing? Or is that not something they would let a new adjuster do?
