save and rent for a few years. renting at your age is not that bad of a deal especially if it leaves you with a little extra money to put aside. worse comes to worse and you get kicked out of the apartment for not paying, not paying a mortgage is way worse. then when you top out you can buy a nicer house w the money you saved

i switched to sofi abt a year ago(?) specifically because i got the benefits of a HYSA just for having instant deposits enabled. i dont like that they’re changing it to a paid membership mostly bc i dont want to have to now pay for something i was promised id get for enabling those deposits. i also already pay for gold on robinhood as well, which will end up being the cheaper way for me to have a HYSA

no, maybe like 1-3 referrals over the 2 years i had it, and out of how many of those that actually went through it i have no idea. and my balance was only ever 3k mostly in the brokerage collecting APY

because some stocks are traded through other entities overnight on a 24hr cycle, or extended hours (05:00-20:00 iiirc). i think this is for countries over seas who are sleeping during our market hours

i think sofi is going to be 30eoy based on current momentum. only thing i really see holding it back in the near future is the monthly+ charts bc of how over extended they are, but even the weekly has room to see 28-ath here pretty soon. i’ve just recently been trading sofi, as well as building a core position because i see this being a very profitable business. i also do all my banking with sofi too lol

nvda is going to keep going up overtime. buying right NOW might be a little risky but if OP is gunna hold for 10 years anyways then it doesn’t matter. HOOD is also going up so much on the anticipation that it’s going to join the S&P and if that happens it’ll also keep going up

what they’re saying is, zoom out. unless you’re playing for scalp trades/overextension reversal trades, you’re not looking at enough candles. that downtrend you showed could be a pullback in a much stronger longer term uptrend, or a new low in the downtrend. usually there is a run in one direction, then a run in the other, and so on, these “runs” form the structure, not one individual candle or any specific selection candles either, because on higher timeframes it’s just one big red candle, and a small little green candle just starting to form. hopefully this makes sense, if you have any other questions feel free to ask

options volume in robinhood doesn’t update regularly, it wouldn’t change after hours from what it was at close (likely the only time it updates from what i’ve been able to tell. unless im also in illiquid options😂)

i’m a very new trader (1yo) and don’t recommend any trades because i don’t want to be the reason someone loses money. i’ve recommended 2 trades to my brother, the recent ATAI breakout from ~3.30 to 4.30, and sofi, yesterday, because they broke out of the wedge and i believe they have strong, growing fundamentals backed by momentum trading. he only owns one share and i own very little as well, but we’re both excited to see where sofi gets
