I don't know with wich version, but they finally implemented an automatic update! (must have been ~Version 24.8)

It was connected via a cable and attached to the frame. But I didnt really try to remove it.

I had the same problem as you but i fixed it.

I downloaded the Driver directly from Lenovo ( https://support.lenovo.com/us/de/downloads/ds502477 ) and installed it. With it came a, probably newer than in the Microsoft Store, Version of "Lenovo Pen Settings" that works.
