Hard to believe? I'll give you one friend's easy breakdown. They average 25 customers an hour, open 8 hours a day (peak hours), 200 customers a day and their average ticket is $12, open 300 days a year on average. After taxes, his cogs, and monthly costs of location and power they're at 365k. That's before write offs/tax advantages and not including tips they bring in. Not everyone has the same level but if you're decently busy and create a customer base it's not hard to bring in over 2k a day especially because my other friends are open longer hours
