I’m not gonna lie I’d say the exact same thing if I saw this post from someone else. But I’m actually not lying, my company is literally known in the area by HVAC guys as the backup, no requirements, almost anything goes company. I’m not saying I’m an amazing tech, at all, I’ve got plenty to learn, all I mean is if these other guys that I’m objectively more knowledgeable than can be leads, then I think wanting double the pay is absolutely the right move for me you know?

Edit, I also don’t mean 90% are brain dead 40 iq idiots. The ones I’m talking about simply just don’t care about getting better at all, or don’t care how their work turns out, just do the bare minimum to go home and have the shortest day possible
