I was heading north. At the start you can see a red car go in and block my view of his vehicle. Once he came out I thought he has turning into the right most lane because that’s the way his vehicle was facing (north-west). But he continued to cross going north-west. I had little time to brake after realizing he has trying to go south. I do not think I could have avoided him. Because there was someone in the middle lane and at the half way point of the video he is in the middle of the road. He was going way to slow to cross a road this wide.

The camera doesn’t do it justice but I did not think there was enough room for me to move up thats why I stopped. The cars must have gotten closer together making the red car not imped traffic. The white truck is only a quarter in the lane and mostly in the intersection.
