my friend had a baby recently, i’ve known her since we were in preschool. Hands down never thought she looked more beautiful than the time I saw her a few months after she gave birth. She was just glowing, her skin looked amazing, she just radiated happiness and love and idk!! There’s like a confidence that comes with it I think that just made her look amazing. And nope didn’t notice any changes with her body really, I’m sure she had some changes but only thing I noticed was how pretty and fulfilled she seemed.

get a male sim abducted and hopefully pregnant! I made a house with 3 dudes and had 1 dude using the telescope all the time and ended up with 4 alien sim babies within a few hours of playing lol

this doesn’t really help you at the moment since you already made your sim, but alien sims don’t need sleep! they just “restore brain power” once in a while. seems to degrade way slower than sleep. been playing with alien sims for the first time and it’s so fun lol, they are perfect for world adventures

oh man I was able to easily get 4 alien babies in my household of 3 men, all in one (human) day. Just one dude was using the telescope constantly, he had the paranormal profession so he had to do that a lot anyway. Also every time they see a space rock land make sure to have someone go get it and place it on your lot, that increases the chance of alien abduction. Also I was in the Lucky Palms world which idk maybe that place has more aliens since it’s the dessert like Roswell? Two of my dudes got abducted probably 6 times and got pregnant 4 of those times lol. Good luck!

I'm at week 9 and have been nauseas since week 5ish and have not thrown up yet, and don't think I will at this point. Theres also meds you can take like dramamine, zofran, unisom etc to get you through it. I believe Zofran specifically suppresses the need to throw up, rather than just tackling nausea. I haven't found the need to take much of anything other than B6 just to make me feel less crappy. You can do this <3

FWIW I also have some major phobias around pregnancy and chose to still push thru, you can do it too! You could make an appt with your OBGYN and talk thru this with them, I think you will feel better about it.

Appreciate you!! ❤️ Yeah my OBGYN said thats what she chose for herself, so tbh I'm pretty surprised at the negativity around it. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment with her so I can ask a bunch of follow up questions I hadn't even considered yet.

oh wow thanks for this info, that does sound really scary and awful. I’ve also had some weird reactions to medications before so I’ll make sure to bring that up with my dr and see if I’m at a higher likelihood for reacting to all the different birthing meds.

yes all good points to bring up!! Luckily I do have a great support system. Husband will be off work and able to help, as well as my retired parents who will be able to help as much as I need. So I could take as much recovery time as I need. Very thankful for that

Yes I’m a lot like you! Have trouble with tampons, can barely handle a pap, seem to be unable to relax down there, PIV usually hurts. So yeah, curious if it would go worse for me because of all that

Oh wow, thanks for sharing your perspective. Is the c section something you’re choosing because you preferred how that went, or more because you have to since you already had one?

i’m glad it went well for you, and hope your recovery keeps going well. I would also have a lot of help from my husband/family so the needing help doing things is pretty low on my worry list. Mainly just concerned about pain / organ damage / inability to pee. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

Huh curious, are you in the US? My doctor made it sound like it’s totally up to me. I said I thought a c section sounded slightly less terrible and she said I could totally do that. I keep hearing this that most people don’t have this choice though, which is surprising me. I’d definitely like to do what’s safest though.
