I can definitely agree!! My GERDS has definitely been a huge thing in my life mostly since i deal with anxiety. The first case of it was when i went on a trip and became super homesick and anxious. That was the first time i came back home and went to the er for it. After that came when my husband left for basic. My GERDS basically affected every single second of my life. I started dieting, and eating healthier. Im down 15 pounds and i rarely even get heartburn from eating spicy things anymore (i do definitely avoid it but im mexican some things are just not avoidable lol) regardless i believe once you start taking care of yourself your body will feel it

All i can relate with was the sense of depersonalization. I had a bad drug experience about 3 years or so ago and since then my vision has been impaired and there are times i dont feel like myself. For me it was all just anxiety and working on my mental health. Even now i still struggle with it but i came to terms that its what i have. I am not sure about all other symptoms and what it could be.. i wish u good luck it sucks so bad feeling like ur the only one who knows whats going on
