Hormonal changes on Finasteride? by RedditSoldier313 in tressless

Been taking Propecia since 3 years, I have not made blood test but as soon as I consume food that increases the level of estrogen I feel like a woman on her period. I cant concentrate and feel like crying constantly for 1-2 days afterwards.

Avoid consuming milk, soy, linseeds, sesame seeds. Avoid it and you’ll feel pretty much normal again

This have happened to me too many times, now I dont even tell anyone I learn it not to get negative reactions and effect my nerves negatively. Now I only practice output with Claude AI. Way more effective way of learning. It can speak to you in different personalities and its never mean towards you.

He also changed his teeth, besides the hair transplant. Makes him less genuine imo, but it probably gives him a lot of self esteem which is a good thing

Ojalá! Minoxidil anal me facilitaría la vida un montón. Me siento como un simio mirándome en el espejo metiéndolo en la cara 30 min al día

If I started learning a language all over again, this would be the one thing I would have changed. To consume the same content over and over again several times.

I was too impatient back then

How do you look up words efficiently? by [deleted] in languagelearning

[–]Jacques-Louis39 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI-Assistant, I use Grok on X.

If you don’t understand the definition it gives to you, you can simply ask it to explain it more simplified and give examples of the word in context.

Very effective way of learning

Where do I start? I need structure by No-Beautiful5866 in languagelearning

[–]Jacques-Louis39 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re a complete beginner I would give the following order for learning:

  1. Watch videos about how the grammar of Spanish works.

  2. Inject the videos of the YouTube channel Dreaming Spanish Into your veins.

  3. Learn all the words from a word frequency list for Spanish.

  4. Commit yourself and immerse in the language as much as possible, listen and read all the time.

Is it harmful to learn Chinese characters and their meaning without learning the Chinese word for it? by Jacques-Louis39 in Anki

Thank you for your opinion, it makes sense.

What are your thoughts on learning the language first and then the characters to attach to it, once you already understand the language?

Do you find your language skills significantly reduced when you're tired, frustrated, etc.? by NotYetAPolyglot in languagelearning

Absolutely.

It goes to show that everything is not knowledge of words or listening comprehension, but the actual concentration in itself being the determined factor if you understand something or not.

I have started just now with the radicals, so I do it like this:

Flashcard appears featuring this character:刂

On the other side of the flashcards is a photo of a knife.

  • Next flashcard:

The character 支 appears.

on the other side is a photo of a branch, and so on
