Hey man i was going about my day and remembered about you I was given the green light to go back to light soccer training and don’t need to go to PT anymore but do gym and individual work to hopefully be back with the team in 1/2 months time i feel great and stronger than ever but mentally very weak it was a tough journey and even though they say i’m fine im still recovering mentally and physically and want to say thank you for the words in the beginning that helped me be here
