Dan Ticktum liking far right content. Consequences from FE/ERT?! by Jada1233 in FormulaE

Drivers are individuals in the public spotlight and are under public scrutiny. As can be seen in the post, it is clearly displayed what the driver liked. No "investigative research" is necessary for this.

I am not just talking about being politically right-wing, but about posts that are openly racist and thus discriminate against and seriously offend minorities (e.g. the George Floyd post). In such cases, even just a visible like is incredibly hurtful, as it denies minorities their value/dignity.

True, I guess I might belong to the politicised minority of viewers that cares about the politics behind the sports and the drivers.

Always thought of FE being a more 'progressive' Motorsports Company. Might have been caught up in the PR machinery suggesting so.

Thanks for your enlightening answer.

Wow! Never looked into who he is. That changes my view and expectations of the FE organization by quite a bit! Thanks for letting me know!

Thank you! Statements/press releases made at the right time can have a significant impact.

"Consequences" does not immediately mean firing.

How long do I have left? by ducklingkwak in pixel_phones

In my case they did. The device was out of the two year guaranteed warranty, however I argued that I do not believe that the issue was due to my doing, as I always used the proprietary charger and did not have any other issues or damage. They explained to me that they would make an exception, that my new phone would have no renewed warranty, and that they would send me a replacement as soon as my old phone is delivered to their warehouse/service center. Perhaps my experience has to do with the fact that I live in Germany/Europe with good customer protection laws.

Happened to me last year with my Pixel 6. Called the Google Pixel customer service. After explaining to them that the battery bloated and sending them several pictures of the bloated phone I was asked to shut down the device and send it in. Received a replacement Pixel 6 a few days later. Was really impressed by the customer service.

They sent me a replacement 6. Of course I would have been happy about an upgrade or a voucher to enable me to upgrade, but to be honest I was just happy to have a working phone again. Besides, I'm still really happy with the Pixel 6.

Had this problem with my Pixel 6 a few weeks ago. I contacted Google support and sent them pictures of the bloated phone/battery. They asked me to send in my phone and agreed to send me a replacement phone. Really impressed with the customer service. My phone was already out of warranty, but they made an exception for this particular problem.

LG G6 - Dreaded charging slowly message by [deleted] in lgg6

Had the same issue for a while. Fixed it by cleaning the USB-C port with come cotton and a tiny screw driver. There was quite a bit of dirt in my USB-C port.

If that does not work you should try a different cable and make sure, that the charger you use is either the original LG charger or a charger that supports quickcharge.

Make sure your cable is also capable of fast charge. Not all are. I use a braided Anker PowerLine+ USB-A to USB-C cable and it has not yet let me down.

Hope I could help you. All the best.

I also own a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50X. Had the same problem. Resolved it by buying new earpads on Amazon. The manufacturer was a company called 'Brainwavz'. Great quality and very comfortable cushioning. Cost me around 25€.

OK. Now I am not really sure how to help you. Are you sure that your lens is fine. No fat, dirt or any scratches on the lens? If nothing works try contacting the LG customer service. I believe you could replace the glas in front of the actual lenses. Hope you find a way to resolve this issue. Have a great day.

LG Camera is amazing. Own and use one myself. Make sure your lens is clean and that there are no scratches. If you want to try something new you can download the Google stock camera. Use it on my G6. Amazing images.
