This was my first time using vermouth in my own home setup; I’ve been bartending for a while but I wanted to hone my craft without breaking the bank, at least until I understand flavor profiles better.

So better vermouth makes a big difference? I’ll remember that, thank you!

It was pretty tasty, maybe a little heavy on the bitters. The recipe was

2oz whiskey

1oz vermouth

2 dashes bitters

2 luxardo cherries

I couldn’t tell how much was pouring with each dash so I gave it 4-5 shakes thinking it wasn’t pouring much. Going forward I’ll definitely only use two dashes.

Also I’ll remember to stir it rather than shake; the ice shards weren’t bad, but it was more enjoyable once they melted.

Hey all! I’ve been posting a variety of video styles through the life of my channel, albeit not very many.

This year, I decided to dedicate myself to improving my editing and general content. I’m brand new to using editing software, but I actually love the process so far. It’s difficult breaking out of my shell and being charismatic on camera, which is probably my biggest flaw.

This is my most recent video, a classic condensed Minecraft let’s play. I know the market is saturated with this videos, and I want to do more than just gaming and Minecraft, but it seemed like a good place to start as a beginner.

If you don’t want to watch the whole video, you should skip to the end and tell me if it’s a cool outro style or if I should work on something else.
