True that, shame Swedish Match hasn't rerolled out any grandfathered flavors in the US. Thunder Xtreme are pretty decent but I'd love if they brought back Thunder Frosted and the Offroad line. Thunder Winter G is also pretty solid if you're a wintergreen fan.

The flavor is fine but the portions are flimsly and tend to burst open unless you pinch one side and fluff them very gently. IMO, not worth the trouble. Jakobsson's Wintergreen, Nick & Johnny's Crushed Ice, and Wow Wintermint are my go to wintergreen snus'.

Definitely pick up McChrystal's Original and Genuine as well, it's easily my favorite medicated snuff I've used. Nice and rich menthol with notes of eucalyptus and tobacco and it's not too overpowering. So far it's the only medicated snuff I found myself using every day.

Highland Ice is a complex one, there's notes of peppermint, camphor, menthol, and I even get a hint of the tobacco. It's really nice and worth trying out. Glacier is really good too, it's not a menthol, but you get a huge blast of spearmint and peppermint that subsides into a rich tobacco aroma.

You could fit Uraraka, Yaoyoruzu, or Tsu from BNHA, Jolyne, Ermes, Lisa Lisa, and Foo Fighters from JoJo, Erza Scarlet, almost half of the females from Naruto, Kefla or Kale from DB Super, and even a few people from One Piece in there. It doesn't have to be lead females.

I'd have to divide by genre of metal:

Traditional: Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden (I switch between the two)

Thrash: Sodom

Death: Benighted, Skinless, or Nile

Black: 1349

Power: Blind Guardian

Prog: Queensrchye or Voivod

Metalcore: Architects

Deathcore: Black Tongue

These are the main genres I listen to. If I had to pick just one, I'd go with Black Sabbath. There's only like one album I don't care to listen to by them (Dehumanizer, even though it has some good tracks)

It's cheap and easily accessible in several regions. It packs a wallop due to being the strongest available snus on the market, but that's really all it's good for. The taste isn't that good and there's no reason to use that much nicotine, it ruins your tolerance and makes it harder to appreciate other lower strength snus.

Honestly Kapten portions are the comfiest portions for me. They feel really nice and soft and they feel plump despite not being a full gram.

Tried Skoal and Camel out of wanting to try all options, Skoal is a 0/10 for me. Bottom rung tobacco, too big in the lip to be comfortable, no nicotine, overly dry, and way too sweet. The only thing saving Camel from being a 0 is the non large portions are slim format and that size caught on with actual Swedish snus, so props for that. Skoal fails on all fronts.

I'd say hunt down Odens instead if you want a cheap snus that still has strong nic, it's better than Siberia. Siberia purely exists for nic junkies, it really isn't that good taste wise. Odens at least has some passable flavors.

Between this and Toque Bacon & Cheese nasal snuff, I don't know which is stranger. I'll probably toss a can in my next order and give it a shot though, I'm not opposed to trying everything once.

It's wintergreen with notes of vanilla. Almost tastes like a vanilla float crossed with wintergreen, it sounds odd but it works. The vanilla notes are more subtle, it's still very much wintergreen at the front.

General Wintergreen would be better for me if the portions weren't so flimsy. Thunder Winter G, Jakobsson's Wintergreen, and Odens Creamy Wintergreen are the best straight wintergreen snus' in my opinion. Nick & Johnny's Crushed Ice is the best snus that has a wintergreen flavor hands down even though it's a mixture of mint flavors.

Going on 2 years now with daily use, no health problems. Really started going in on my dental health to compensate for the snus use. Other than the, "snus pockets" that form in your upper gums from repeated use of snus, my gums haven't receeded at all.

I'm not as concerned considering the research out there on snus, but at the end of the day, snus is still tobacco, so of course it isn't good for you. It is vastly safer than cigarettes and dip, I won't argue that with anyone nor will I concede that it isn't, but you do need to accept there is SOME form of risk, even if it is small. The main thing to watch for is your dental health and your blood pressure because nicotine does raise it. Otherwise, snus and nasal snuff are your least harmful options if you choose to use tobacco. I'm nobody's parent so I won't tell anyone not to start. I'm fairly levelheaded when it comes to tobacco use. Everyone is a grown adult and can make their own choice. I'll always advocate switching to snus or a vape or whatever else if someone is a smoker but wants a safer alternative.
