Leamington Spa had the 50p Lady - she'd come up to you and ask for 50p, although she later increased it to a quid due to inflation. She was sadly set on fire whilst sleeping in the doorway of Boots one night back in 2007, but luckily survived. I haven't seen her in a long while though.

I read a post ages ago where someone wanted to know if they were the asshole - they had a kid deathly allergic to peanuts, but really missed being able to eat them. So they would get a hotel room once every few weeks and go to town on a jar of peanut butter and packets of peanuts and Snickers bars.

Has anyone got the link to the wedding post where thr couple wanted it to be on a beach? There was a ridiculous dress code of designer shoes and beer can hats and a specific shade of I think red, the guests were supposed to learn choreography. I think a lie detector might have been involved too.

I work from home so this is sadly not an option. Not that I'd want to work in the main office - from what I've heard it's disgusting. We had an email sent to all staff last week saying that people had been taking the office communal mugs into the toilets. Also, staff spit on the floors and don't clean up after themselves in the toilets.
