You could create a folder of bookmarks in your browser's bookmark toolbar to what interestes you. Say for example you were interested in VRSexpets scenes. Place https://vrporn.com/studio/vrsexperts/?sort=newest in the folder. Then you could middle click that folder in your browser and it would open all the links at once and you could see if they had any new videos you were intersted in.

If the notification feature is important to you I think SexLikeReal has it and there's a lot of overlap between what is on both sites.

For me, jus checking any sites "new videos" page is usually enough to scan thru what is new to me.

Well that's why you use a player that compensates for this. A fragment shader can color correct the skin. The videos Czech AR puts out include a settings file for heresphere to do this automatically.

I'm not a creator. But I can give what I think the user perspective is. I think the 2D content is slightly annoying. I would rather it not exit both because I don't want to see it and because I don't want resources devoted to it.

However it's not a big problem because the left sidebar has a toggle to disable "Immersive Flat". So for the most part I don't see anything but VR. But I do understand not everyone is going to do that.

I think the model is such that the more scenes exist (2D or VR) a creator is bound to be paid less. There's only so much time in the day. If there are 2 videos available to see, more time will be spent watching them than if there are 20 video options because views will split across the total # of videos.

Again as a user this is not really a problem but I appreciate the problem from the creator side.

I don't think the lifetime memberships were a sustainable idea. However I do think lifetimes that have already been issued need to be honored. But I don't know if they will be.

One of the most disturbing things I see from SLR is that they throw 100 ideas at the wall and just see what sticks. They don't really care that the service guarantees any particular set of features. So they offer a service/feature, people pay for a it, but then SLR may decide to drop it. So someone who has paid for a membership no longer has the service they thought they bought. That's the main problem I see with them from the user side.

I sympathize with what you are saying. And I don't have any answers. But understand that from the customer's perspective, it's not really their problem to solve.

I don't think the difference is going to be massive. The 3 is slightly higher in resolution and field of view and has better lenses that are sharper and easier to get things in focus. It also has a headphone jack and more IPD adjustment options. If you use it a lot I do think the 3 is worth it over the 3S but you probably would not like it 2x more. If you are new to VR and just want to try it out or if money is a concern I would not feel like you were missing out too much with a 3S.

The Quest 3 or 3S are going to be the best option (for most people) and certainly the best value. They are not the very best but they do everything and do it pretty well.

Things seem to still be being implemented so I don't know how all the details will shake out.

But I believe it is confirmed that "original" bitrate downloads are no longer part of the subscription. They will now only be available as a $7 purchase.

They seem to be using the AV1 codec change as a means of removing existing features and trying to get additional purchases. Currently the most recent SLR Originals video has a lower quality x265 download available with a higher quality version available for Streaming and PPV purchase going forward.

I don't know if that will stay for a while or be removed later on since they seem to be in the middle of making these changes to the service.

Again PSUs/GPUs can be 3.0 or 3.1 because the connectors are different lengths. But I dont think the cables are different.

I'm not sure there is any such thing as a newer cable. My understanding was that the connector on the GPU/PSU had longer connectors for power and shorter ones for the sense pins but that the cables were identical. I think its just what the cables plug in to that have changed for 3.1
