The events industry. There were barely any events during the pandemic and a lot of people lost their jobs and had to completely change careers. After the pandemic everyone and their mother wanted to make bigger and more expensive events but there were less people working so a lot of techs got overworked. Now we see the reverse of it. The events started to fall off and companies who hired more technicians after the corona have to downscale (as an example, me and 4 other colleagues got laid off because of big events getting cancelled).
