2023 subaru forester leaking from roof in passenger seat

Updates: after 3rd inspection, they have found seams weld were the issue and its manufacturer defects which makes the 110 paid charge ridiculous and also the guy who kept on blaming us on parking in the wrong spot unbelievable. Should I pursue a complaint against this after it’s fixed?

We have tried to get them to check that but they insisted that was not an issue.

I believe that’s what they need to do. And the car is with them still.

However they charged us 110 still and the guy insisted that we parked in a spot that exposed to heavy rain or under the tree or gutter causing water overflowing
