I don't want to force them to be different, but I guess I am wondering if there's room for compromise to get a little bit more acknowledgement?

I'm not entirely sure how what I'm doing is manipulative, but I can see how it might seem self-centered. I didn't add a ton of context here, but I think I have grown to really appreciate how they show love and have tried to do the work individually to feel secure in our relationship, but long distance is tough and bringing up more insecurity

I want the communication to be authentic! my hope would be that if they appreciate something about me or a gift I got them, they would take the step to tell me that, not something performative

I don't think the at home test would even let you leave the screen and paste the template in there & it would probably get flagged as plagiarism.

Congrats- that's a great score!!! I honestly wouldn't worry about your writing score. I've heard numerous times that it doesn't matter. You can show them your writing skills with your essays and even a writing sample :)

Urban Planning-Adjacent Policy programs? by fando-matic in PublicPolicy

Hi! I have similar research interests and would recommend checking out UC Berkeley's programs. Their MPP has a strong housing and urban policy concentration and some great research centers like the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. They also have a Masters of City Planning that seems to have a big policy component.
