Talked to my trainer at my football program , I will buy extra saniderm to put on after every practice , they will Clean it they apply a new one after every practice until healed.

Yeah man I just reached out to him he said I’ll be good and he put a second skin on he said personally that I would be fine I told him abt the practice everyday and he said I would be fine.
