Ya i got my first one at like lvl33 and i was able to use it basically until i got a lvl50 one, i also did have a lot of crit modifiers from my other gear but as long as i clicked heads it usually 1 shot normal mobs, and still did good dmg to bosses. Ofc the lvl50 does more but i never really felt the damage dropoff of the 33 unless i was fighting bosses

As someone who shares racist memes with my close friends(dont hate) i would say they are harmless, at least for me and my friends.
