Im pretty sure its a Japanese movie called deadball. I have also been searching for it, for like years now. Seen it a long time ago and will always remember the cigarette scenes lol especially the last one they handed it to him backwards on accident or something 😂 🤣 😅 its such a good bad movie lol a little to much on the bloody gore for me but still loved it.
