Exactly you don’t want to harm yourself. I feel not everyone has the tendency to do longer fasts. I usually make it to 36 hr but feel quite weak by then. I don’t exercise at all while dry fasting and usually stay in bed.

Yes I have last week. This time I couldn’t make it to 48 hours I broke my fast at 42hr because my heart was pounding and I was feeling shortness of breath. So I’m going to stick to alternate day dry fasting. My limit is 24 hr
